I just placed an order and need to change/cancel, what should I do?
If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can contact us requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number in the form. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order.
What is the return policy?
At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and the United States right now, but we hope to ship to other countries in the future. USA orders may be subject to a local customs charge/tariffs (at the discretion of your local government), separate from your shipping fee.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I know my size?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Customs/tariffs may be an additional charge for USA customers.
