I just placed an order and need to change/cancel, what should I do?
If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can contact us requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number in the form.
What is the return policy?
At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada right now, but we hope to ship to other countries in the future.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I know my size?
